摘要: Abstract The phase equilibria of the Ni–Sb–Zn ternary system at 600 °C have been experimentally investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy/wavelength dispersive spectroscopy. Four compounds, NiSbZn (τ1), Ni2SbZn2 (τ2), Ni3Sb2Zn (τ3) Ni4.6SbZn (τ4), were identified thirteen three-phase regions confirmed in present work. Moreover, maximum solubilities Zn NiSb NiSb2 determined to be 2.0 1.0 at.% °C, respectively; those Sb β1 γ measured up 11.8 5.3 at.%, respectively.
