摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter explains cytotoxic lymphocytes, blocking serum factors, and unblocking antibodies in cancer patients. The majority of tumors experimental animals have tumor-specific antigens, which can be detected with a variety techniques. Both humoral cell-mediated immune reactions against been identified. A major part the immunological defense is as apparent also from fact that (or human patients) whose immunity depressed are more prone to develop cancers than immunologically capable individuals. Some studies indicated murine bladder may provide good animal models: papillomas carcinomas rat cross-react antigenically, when they induced by different carcinogenic agents, behave similarly, therefore, man. Chemically mice share common antigen. According preliminary rats, it possible delay appearance primary chemically immunizing tumor tissue before chemical carcinogen applied. These indicate an reaction antigens beneficial host.
