摘要: The main aim of present study is to evaluate the effect miR-30b on function human proximal tubular epithelial cell line HK-2 cells. For this purpose, miRNA was loaded in an ionically cross-linked polysaccharide nanoparticle. authors have demonstrated influence mimic and inhibitor killing effect. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) significantly increased level inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β further with treatment PAg-miR consistent viability assay. Interestingly, downregulated expression thereby reduced inflammation body. Western blot analysis showed that LPS induced severe apoptosis cells promoted by (mimic). In contrast, (inhibitor) alleviated as indicated levels Bax c-Caspase-3 proteins. Overall, LPS-induced injury inducing releasing cytokines, well impairing autophagy process.
