Searching for Smart City definition: a comprehensive proposal

摘要: During the latest years, smart city projects have been more and popular widespread all over world. The continuous increasing of city’s population complexity management drive local governments towards strong use technologies to support a higher quality urban spaces better offering public services. fascination cities, able link high technology, green environment well-being for citizens, interests municipalities, independently on their dimensions, geographical area or culture. However, concept is far from be unambiguous. Several experiences world show that cities define themselves as smart, but meaning attributed this word different each time. Smart has growing empirical experience, therefore systemic theoretical study about phenomenon still lacks. In paper, author aims propose comprehensive verified definition city, based both deep literature investigation studies large survey in international panorama. goal work not only provide clear framework interesting current topic, also administrations effective implementation, create value well being citizens environmental sustainability space.
