摘要: Abstract This work aimed to evaluate the optimum conditions for efficient extraction of phenolic acids, namely gallic acid (GA) and tannic (TA) from Aleppo oak by ultrasonic-probe assisted (UPAE) method. Furthermore, an extensive study on kinetic, antioxidant activity cost evaluation aspects in comparison with classical hydro-distillation (CHDE) method was also examined. Sonication demonstrated a superior effect target compounds which UPAE seven times more compared Result revealed that under optimized condition 40% duty cycle 70 °C temperature, GA TA were yielded at 870.90 ± 0.03 mg GAE/g 3157.97 0.05 TAE/g, respectively. Kinetic analysis affirmed rate as controlling factor extracting acids. Strong observed IC50, 26.57 μg/mL. Besides, assessment indicates process requires US$ 0.25 0.06 per mg/g extracts produced CHDE UPAE, Notably, findings is four-fold cost-effective method, providing new direction active complex plants.
