摘要: Abstract Insulin and epidermal growth factor (EGF) inhibit the stimulation of ureagenesis induced by adrenaline ( α 1 -adrenergic effect) in hepatocytes from control rats incubated medium without calcium cells hypothyroid rats. In euthyroid normal buffer neither insulin or EGF diminished ureagenesis. No effect on phosphatidylinositol labeling was observed under any conditions. It is suggested that mimics action one pathways action: calcium-independent, insulin-sensitive pathway which predominates
