摘要: We describe a quick and efficient method of determining the sex DNA samples from humans, cattle, sheep, goats. Using universal primers we have amplified 447 or 445 bp fragments male female genomic corresponding to ZFY ZFX genes. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis yielded specific banding patterns between two sexes in these species.
