摘要: We describe a quick and efficient method of determining the sex DNA samples from humans, cattle, sheep, goats. Using universal primers we have amplified 447 or 445 bp fragments male female genomic corresponding to ZFY ZFX genes. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis yielded specific banding patterns between two sexes in these species. Horse, pig rainbow trout did not show RFLPs with group enzymes chosen for other Use this would allow animal breeders determine preimplantation embryos before transfer recipient females. Human at risk sex-linked disorders could be sexed soon after vitro fertilization (IVF) options considered implantation.
