摘要: Non-pathogenic lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are attractive as live carriers to deliver protective antigens the mucosal immune system. Both persisting and non-persisting strains of have been evaluated seem work equally well by systemic nasal routes administration. However, it is not known if persistence viability strain play a critical role when immunizing oral route. To address this question, recombinant LAB strains, able persist (Lactobacillus plantarum NCIMB8826/pMEC127) or (Lactococcus lactis MG1363/pMEC46) in gastro-intestinal tract mice producing equivalent amounts tetanus toxin fragment C (TTFC) were compared each other. A very strong ELISA TTFC-specific humoral response was elicited either UV-inactivated Lb. strains. In similar protocol, Lc. seemed be somewhat less efficient than former host. It thus tempting propose that difference capacity bacterial vector impacts on its immunogenicity level protection may induce. Protection slightly superior after administration
