摘要: The analysis of expressed sequences from a diverse set plant species has fueled the increase in understanding complex molecular mechanisms underlying growth regulation. While representative data sets can be found for major branches evolution, fern are lacking. To further availability genetic information pteridophytes, normalized cDNA library Adiantum capillus-veneris was constructed prothallia grown under white light. A total 10,420 sequence tags (ESTs) were obtained and clustering these resulted 7,100 nonredundant clusters. Of these, 1,608 EST clusters to similar known function 1,092 showed similarity unknown function. Given usefulness developmental studies, represented this report stand make significant contribution regulation, particularly pteridophytes.
