摘要: Fenton and ozone treatment was investigated at laboratory scale for the degradation of aqueous solutions nitrobenzene (NB). E ects reactants concentration (O3, H2O2, Fe(II)), temperature, pH on NB were monitored. Reaction kinetic these processes also assessed. A rapid reaction took place process higher initial temperatures, more acidic conditions (pH 3). Similarly, ozonation exhibited rates dose, basic 11). Complete in 65 min achieved using process. The complete elimination 100 mg/L concentration, 250 H2O2 3, 10 Fe(II) concentration. Under conditions, 55% organic carbon achieved. Total mineralization attained 240 time by with 900 30 showed a pseudo-first order kinetic; rate constant ranged from 0.0226 to 0.0658 1 . an dose 2.5 g/L. studied di erent doses, (7‐11) temperatures (15‐35°C ). represented bi-molecular model which reduced kinetic. determined increase 20°C 0.004 0.020 as used increased 0.4 1.9
