摘要: Abstract Direct action of clomiphene citrate upon the hypothalamus, especially on median eminence and anterior hypothalamus was demonstrated by increase plasma pituitary LH following stereotaxic implantation into rat brain. Subcutaneous 5 day injection also increased both release synthesis in rats. FSH from transiently, but not simulated subcutaneous intra-hypothalamic clomiphene. These results indicate mode site induction human ovulation.
