摘要: The need to maintain or enhance myocardial perfusion is apparent from the many conditions in which coronary vascular reserve limited flow impeded extent that ischemia and death can occur. Examples, as described preceding chapters of this book, include anomalies, changes associated with aging, artery disease, cardiac hypertrophy, dysfunction. classical treatments are pharmacological mechanical revascularization therapies. Pharmacological approaches aimed at reducing O2 demand, increasing its utilization, enhancing by improving reactivity. Surgical percutaneous interventions used correct open occluded channels, provide bypass for severely arteries. More recently gene cell therapy have been proposed ways capacity prevent ischemic events. These great potential. goal chapter summarize effects pharmacological, gene, protein, stem therapies on perfusion.
