摘要: Abstract An electrolytic method for the copperization of cadmium as a reducing agent nitrate‐nitrogen (NO3 ‐‐N) determination is described. The conditions, medium, and time well length column has been studied in detail. This was placed flow injection analyzer online NO3 ‐‐N soil extracts. results obtained show that 1% copper sulfate (CuSO4), 30 min 55 mm are optimal time, length, respectively. With this column, linear between 0 12 ppm with precision 0.29% sampling frequency 80 determinations per hour. proposed applied to extracts agree those by reference (r = 0.9998). optimized procedure permits more than 3000 without any significant loss sensitivity.
