摘要: Although, the links between ideologies of progress and technological developments are often strong, we currently observing a more virulent social criticism these evolutions’ consequences. This paper, written by four European Latin American researchers, addresses way as sciences technology issues criticised dealt with in Europe framework “TechnologyAssessment” (TA) offices. Then, important for authors is to consider that although TA practices proved be efficient context, such tool may not transferable another context. Relying on concept “multiple modernities”, they focus America stress usefulness building an adapted local capacity, through interactive process co-construction practitionners various stakeholders, including public.
