摘要: The term climate change refers to noticeable in the Earth’s regional or global system over a longer period of time. time scale can range from decade several million years. From view point policy makers, ‘climate change’ is usually referred only changes recent pointing out rising average temperature earth known as Global Warming which caused by human activities. For variations non-human influence, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), uses variability’.
