摘要: Introduction: There is a decrease in Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) older adults and the exercise practice may lead to changes renal function. Purpose: To evaluate effect of different intensities acute on elderly population GFR. Methods: 20 apparently healthy (69,8 ± 4 years) performed 3 tests week apart: one maximal 2 submaximal (80% 60%). Blood samples were collected determine serum creatinine estimate GFR, before after each test. Results: A significant post-exercise decline estimated from values, was observed 80% (p <0,05). Conclusion: Maximum sub-maximum physical at intensity causes glomerular filtration adults.
