摘要: Diploid Alnus glutinosa s. str. and autotetraploid A. rohlenae form a narrow hybrid zone in study area southern Serbia, which results triploid formation. The vast majority of previous studies have been focused on maternal plants, but the offspring resulting from their crossing not much studied. Here, we use variability microsatellites chloroplast DNA between these species putative hybrids to create an overall picture development its predicted type. To elucidate gene transfer within both species, origins individual ploidies especially role hybrids, germination experiment was carried out linked with flow cytometry seedlings. tension model seems offer most adequate explanation our observations, selection against spatial positioning zone. Despite them, play important exchange genes two therefore serve as bridge for introgression. presence fertile triploids is essential enriching haplotype diversity new genetic lineages.
