摘要: The aim of this article is to report the orthodontic treatment a woman aged 53 years 6 months whose chief complaint involved her facial esthetics and crowding. She presented moderate reduction in bone support, but no periodontal disease, over past 15 years. maxillary left first premolar both mandibular premolars were extracted. dental protrusion was reduced all spaces closed, resulting significant improvement esthetics. After 16 months, satisfactory results terms functional position teeth maintained with level remaining unchanged.
