摘要: Abstract Successful acquisition of active avoidance by rats with low frequency (15 cps) stimulation the perforant path as a conditioning stimulus is correlated slowly developing long-term enhancement path-granular cell synapses. After selective destruction granular cells stimulated side unilateral microinjection 1.6 μg/0.2 μl colchicine into dentate area, field potentials could no longer be evoked test stimuli and animals subsequently failed to acquire conditioned CS.
