摘要: A new versatile acrylonitrile-bioconverting strain isolated from a petroleum-contaminated sludge sample and identified as Rhodococcus ruber AKSH-84 was used for optimization of medium biotransformation conditions nitrilase activity to produce acrylic acid. simple rapid HPLC protocol optimized quantification acid, acrylamide, acrylonitrile. The optimal were pH 7.0, temperature 30degreesC, agitation 150 rpm, inoculum level 2%. Glycerol carbon source sodium nitrate the nitrogen provided good nutritional sources achieving biotransformation. Nitrilase constitutive in nature exponential growth phase after 24 h incubation under without addition any inducer. substrate preference acrylonitrile acetonitrile. present work demonstrates acid with strain, R. AKSH-84, which can be green biosynthesis biotechnological processes. produced by isolate purified characterized.
