摘要: The anticardiolipin antibody syndrome has been previously associated with seven cases of gastrointestinal ischemia involving the duodenum, jejunoileum, or colon. In prior patients presented bleeding, abdominal pain, an acute abdomen without perforation. A patient pulmonary emboli, right leg thrombophlebitis, and popliteal artery thrombosis antibodies developed fatal esophageal ischemia. Postmortem examination revealed necrosis perforation due to vascular thrombosis, as well ischemic colitis numerous other thromboembolic phenomena.
