摘要: Abstract The use of midazolam as a tranquilizer for anesthesia in mustelids conjunction with the cyclohexamine ketamine is not well documented. Because fast acting, inexpensive, and quickly metabolized, it may serve good alternative to other more commonly used tranquilizers. We trapped anesthetized 27 Pacific martens (Martes caurina) Lassen National Forest (northern California, US) August 2010–April 2013. assessed at 18 25 mg/kg combined 0.2 mg/kg by comparing mean times induction, return consciousness, recovery, plus physiologic parameters.
