摘要: The relation of preoperative and intraoperative factors to the prognosis apical surgery was studied in 136 premolar molar roots. evaluated were: clinical signs symptoms, size periapical lesion, root canal obturation, tooth restoration, retrofilling, operating surgeon. A significantly higher success rate found roots obturated 2 mm or shorter apex, without post after retrofilling with apparently well-condensed obturation. differed signicantly following treatment by various operators but unrelated their experience.
