摘要: A rapid increase in land and property values has been one of the driving forces urban ecosystem development many countries. This phenomenon presented project proponents/policymakers with multiple options associated challenges, nudging them to configure or incorporate elements land-based financing their policies legislations. Specifically, Government India various state governments have sought monetize through diverse instruments, for augmenting financial viability infrastructure area projects. paper compares Indian central policies/acts regard monetization strategies.
