摘要: The reinforcing properties of cocaine are probably mediated by the mesocorticolimbic dopamine pathways in central nervous system, but not all receptor subtypes involved cocaine's actions have been clearly identified. Recently, D-3 has cloned, and its distribution brain found to be relatively restricted limbic projections midbrain system. D-3-selective compounds 7-hydroxy-N,N-di-n-propyl-2-aminotetralin (7-OHDPAT) quinpirole potently decreased self-administration rat at doses that were themselves reinforcing. Moreover, three agonists had affinities for binding correlated highly with their relative potencies decreasing self-administration. may effects a useful target development new pharmacotherapies abuse.
