摘要: Objectives: Visual chest CT is subjective with large inter- and intra-observer variability. We aimed to quantify the dynamic changes of lung pneumonia on three dimensional (3D-CT) images in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients during hospitalization. Methods: A total 110 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 who underwent from January 3 February 29, 2020, were retrospectively reviewed. Pneumonia lesions classified as four stages: early, progressive, peak, absorption stages CT. computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) system calculated volume (TLV), percentage low attenuation areas (LAA%), pneumonia, ground-glass opacities (GGO), consolidation plus GGO: ratio. score was visually assessed by radiologists. Comparisons parameters among performed one-way ANONA post hoc tests. The relationship between LAA% Spearman’s rank correlation analysis. Results: a 534 scans median interval 4 days (interquartile range, 3-5 days). TLV, ratio significantly decreased while GGO, increased progressive peak (for all, P<0.001). correlated (r = 0.731, 0.761, 0.715, 0.669, respectively, Conclusion: 3D-CT could be used useful quantification method monitoring pneumonia.
