摘要: In this paper, a new soft switching T-type three level inverter is proposed. The proposed converter provides for main switches to turn on with Zero Voltage Transition (ZVT) and off Switching (ZVS) without any voltage or current stresses. Besides, Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) noises are decreased by cell. has low cost, ease of control simple structure. theoretical analysis clarified operating stages given in detail. simulation results obtained 3.3 kW 50 kHz PSIM program.
