摘要: The actin cytoskeleton is essential for cell mechanics and has increasingly been implicated in the regulation of signalling. In B cells, extensively coupled to receptor (BCR) signalling pathways, defects can either promote or suppress activation. Recent insights from studies using single-cell imaging biophysical techniques suggest that orchestrates BCR at plasma membrane through effects on protein diffusion it regulates antigen discrimination biomechanics immune synapses. These mechanical functions also have a role adaptation subsets specialized tasks during antibody responses.
