摘要: Day care at green farms (GCFs) is a new modality for community-dwelling older people with dementia. In view of the more physical and normal daily life activities available GCFs than RDCFs, we investigated whether functional decline differed between subjects from both day settings. this observational cohort study, primary caregivers 47 41 RDCFs rated subjects’ performance three times during one year. They also provided information on diseases medication use. Generally, no significant change over time in performance, number medications was observed, differences these rates were found This study suggests that are not effective maintaining or slowing down its dementia RDCFs.
