摘要: Abstract In the course of a long-term investigation children with three well-defined disturbances calcium and phosphate homeostasis - hereditary vitamin D dependency rickets, X-linked hypophosphatemia hypoparathyroidism we have observed distinctive distributions enamel hypoplasia interglobular dentin that provide clue to pathogenesis these dental lesions. Each 25 patients had extensive in primary permanent teeth but no hypoplasia; were normocalcemic very hypophosphatemic. ten rickets severe teeth, 7 whose examined histologically moderate was each; hypocalcemic and, because secondary hyperparathyroidism, also Fifteen 21 hypo parathyroidism none dentin; hypopphosphatemic. From observations formulated unifying hypothesis hypoplasia, homeostasis; is caused by hypocalcemia hypophosphatemia.
