摘要: The invention discloses a single-ended high-voltage level switching circuit for bridge type driving circuit. comprises first pulse generator, DMOS (double diffusion metal-oxide-semiconductor) tube, sampling resister and decoding circuit, wherein signal output end of the generator is connected with grid electrode drain tube respectively second input power source are level, ground end. has advantages that only one used in process low-voltage converted to so larger chip area can be saved, cost greatly reduced; controlled by shortest impulse width, thus switching-on time very short on off converted, consumption effectively reduced.
