摘要: The barrier discharge in the coplanar arrangement operating a single-filament mode was studied spectroscopically. evolution of luminosity measured by technique cross-correlation spectroscopy. 1D-spatially and temporally resolved luminosities first negative (at 391.5 nm) second positive 337.1 system molecular nitrogen were recorded using above-mentioned technique. A cathode-directed ionizing wave (IW) clearly seen on plot for radiation intensity at nm. In addition to this, also observed enhanced electric field propagating over anode. this paper, propagation these waves is described their velocities are determined. divided into three phases—the Townsend phase, phase IWs extinction phase. Since distributions could be interpreted approximately as (for electron density distribution, qualitative description made accordingly.
