摘要: Das cholinerge System der Atemwege wird uber unterschiedliche Muskarin-Rezeptoren beeinflust. Aus Rezeptorbindungs-Studien und tierexperimentellen Untersuchungen war es moglich, eine Differenzierung dieses heterogenen Systemes vorzunehmen wichtige Erkenntnisse zur Funktion einzelnen muskarinergen Subtypen (M1–M3) zu gewinnen.
