Isometric strength and relative isometric endurance.

摘要: Abstract Thirty-six male college students served as subjects in a study that examined the relationship between isometric strength and relative endurance of right forearm flexor muscles. The percentages maximum used for tests were 30, 45, 60, 75. Three equal groups formed based on level subjects, an analysis variance test was to determine existence significant differences. Significant negative correlations found endurance. weak performed significantly better than strong light weight loads, with no difference existing performances heavy loads.
