摘要: The main urinary continence mechanism in human is the striated muscle rhabdosphincter that forms a ring around mid-urethra. Cellular therapy and use of stem cells transplanted into site setting stress incontinence (SUI) may augment sphincter regeneration. Implanted also release trophic factors promoting nerve integration this muscle. We review cellular for SUI our experience with development muscle-derived cells.
