摘要: The unprecedented growth in cellular and wireless technology has brought the tremendous incompatibility coexistence issues based on access, economic, political geographical reasons around globe. compartmentalization isolation of standards development mobility coverage requirements have added interoperability even further since they don't exploit commonality issue coexistence. universal platform approach with seamless roaming would alleviate incompatibility, marring present generation landscape.
