摘要: The primary purpose of microcirculation is to transport nutrients and oxygen remove metabolic waste products from the tissue. It also well known that fundamental mechanism for vascular control local regulation basal tone, which reinforced by blood pressure counteracted tissue metabolites. Thus, wellbeing depends on circulatory process, governed many functional parameters microcirculation, such as flow, volume, intravascular extravascular pressures, capillary permeability (Aukland Nicolaysen, 1981; Rothe Friedman, 1976; Kety, 1960); therefore microvasculature site perfusion, blood-tissue exchanges volume. Each these functions can be associated with specific microvascular segments. Because measurements demonstrate a major fraction total dissipation occurs in precapillary microvessels, arterioles are designated resistance vessels. At any given moment extrinsic stimuli impinge wall arteriole exert over calibre microvessel. In so doing signals modulate flow through capillaries exchange vessels; across surface microvessels all required sustain cells body. most tissues only (precapillary sphincter) perfused under normal conditions number capillaries. Finally, venules classified capacitance vessels because volume localized microvessels.
