摘要: Using valence band photoemission we have demonstrated the presence of a pseudogap in near Fermi level electronic spectrum some mixed phase compositions Sm$_{1-x}$Ca$_x$MnO$_3$ system. The was found to grow size over large region diagram this system, finally leading metal-insulator transition. We made study comparing behaviors system those canonical double exchange namely, La$_{1-x}$Sr$_x$MnO$_3$. This intends highlight one important differences between separated and colossal magnetoresistance systems nature their energy gaps across transitions. These could be ascribed distortions MnO$_6$ octahedra structures that regulate localization charge carriers. discussed our results from point view models based on idea separation.
