摘要: A two-segment reflective SOA at 1.3µm wavelength, that is operated as a transceiver for subscriber terminal applications, realized. Signal gating with 50dB on/off ratio, 403ps rise-and 750ps fall-time well signal detection responsivity of 3A/W and bandwidth in excess 622Mb/s are demonstrated the transmitter receiver mode, respectively.
