摘要: Objective: The goal of this study was to ascertain optimal assisted hatching (AH) method in frozen embryo transfer. We compared the effect depending on whether mechanical or laser-AH performed before after vitrification development rate and blastocyst cell numbers. Methods: In order induce superovulation, pregnant mare’s serum gonadotropin followed by human chorionic were injected into 4- 5-week-old female mice. 2-cell embryos then collected flushing out oviducts. Expanded blastocysts recovered incubated for 48 hours, subjected artificial shrinkage (AS) cross-mechanical AH (cMAH) quarter-laser zona thinning-AH (qLZT-AH) carried using expanded vitrification. After hours cubation, thawing (V-T), fluorescence stained observed. Results: formation hatched 24 72 incubation significantly higher AS/qLZT-AH/V-T group than other groups (p < 0.05). number inner mass AS/V-T/non-AH AS/V-T/cMAH those others control group, trophectoderm total AS-AH Conclusion: above results suggest that AS lead more efficient
