摘要: Thermophilic organisms have become the subject of intense research interest in recent decade. Biochemists are interested molecular mechanisms thermophilly and biological adaptation to high temperatures (1). Thermophiles also useful materials for study such biochemical reactions as protein biosynthesis (2), nucleic acid synthesis (3), oxidative phosphorylation (4) which components from mesophilic sources so labile that elucidation reaction properties is often difficult. In addition, thermophiles fascinating enzyme engineering since they resistant heat other chemical denaturants. Also, insight into basis unusual stabilities these enzymes will make it possible find out a new, effective way modification making highly stable unstable biocatalysts organisms.
