摘要: The expression of simple mucin-type carbohydrate antigens, Tn and sialyl-Tn was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies in normal squamous epithelium, dysplasia, carcinoma situ, invasive cell the uterine cervix. antigen detected HB-Tn1 B1.1 found 17 (20%) 19 (23%) 83 carcinomas, respectively, but not 36 epithelia, 22 severe dysplasias, or 24 carcinomas situ. HB-STn1 TKH-2 14 (64%) 11 (50%) 13 (54%) 10 (42%) situ 48 (58%) 42 (51%) completely absent epithelia. Coexpression observed 89% cases expressing antigen. No significant difference between immunoreactivities antigens metastatic lymph nodes primary tumors. correlation each clinical state, histologic type, depth invasion, parametrial spread, lymphatic vessel permeation, node metastasis, 5-year survival rate. demonstrates a specific change neoplastic progression from to lesions may be useful markers for biologic investigation transformation cervical carcinoma.
