摘要: Organizations invest resources to develop information capabilities, utilize personal and impersonal information. While the utilization of knowledge is likely improve organizational performance, it unclear what consequences utilizing sources are for individuals. This study sought increase understanding performance implications using information, by examining four business units a large financial institution. Utilizing competing theoretical models, we tested whether substituted for, or complemented each other. The results indicated that individuals who utilized from in complementary fashion had superior performance. Parsing sourcing, found use specific repositories increased while general decreased In general, this shed light on origins individual gain advantages, engaging particular knowledge-sourcing routines.
