摘要: Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCI) in various concentrations is the most widely used endodontic irrigant, but it can be an irritant to vital tissues. There are several reports about complications of irrigation with NaOCI during root canal therapy. Most result accidental extrusion solution from apical foramen or accessory canals perforations into periapical area. This article a review and comparison all reported accidents literature.
