摘要: IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, congenital heart disease is the most common cardiovascular reported during pregnancy, with majority of cases aortic stenosis in pregnant women being caused by bicuspid valve. While patients asymptomatic mild, moderate, or even severe usually can continue pregnancy to term, all symptomatic impaired left ventricular function are at high risk for cardiac complications. Aortic valve replacement indicated before these women. Percutaneous valvuloplasty also be considered pregnancy. More invasive techniques, such as under normothermic cardiopulmonary bypass associated a mortality and morbidity both mother fetus The authors report here case which global management patient was reconsidered light an unexpected echocardiographic calcified valves emboli.
