摘要: Objectives:  Neuropsychological studies in subjects with bipolar disorder (BD) have reported deficits on a variety of cognitive measures. However, because the majority were medicated at time testing previous studies, it is currently unclear whether pattern related to BD itself or psychotropic medication. We addressed this issue by examining performance group unmedicated, depressed BD. Methods:  Forty-nine unmedicated who met DSM-IV criteria for BD, phase, and 55 control participated study. Most patients diagnosed II disorder. Performance emotion-dependent, ‘hot’, emotion-independent, ‘cold’, tasks was assessed using tests from Cambridge Test Automated Battery. Results:  The groups well matched respect general intelligence demographic variables. Deficits apparent tapping ‘hot’ processing, example Gamble task Probabilistic Reversal Learning task. other than deficit Spatial Span test subjects, performed equivalently most measures ‘cold’ visual memory, attention, working memory. Conclusions:  These data suggest that involving reward short-term spatial memory storage, sensitivity negative feedback represent an effect illness not mood-stabilizing
