摘要: We analyzed radiologic and histologic characteristics, prognosis of abdominal seeding from renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Consecutive 25 patients with RCC histologically or radiologically diagnosed were analyzed. No patient had another type malignancy. Histologic subtype, Fuhrman grade, sarcomatoid differentiation, T-stage primary tumors assessed. Pre- postoperative presentation was investigated. Median survival time RCC-specific rates evaluated. Of patients, 15 (60%) died 4 (16%) hopelessly discharged (median follow-up time, 6 months; range 1–62 months). subtypes clear (76%, 19/25), papillary (16%, 4/25), chromophobe (4%, 1/25), poorly differentiated 1/25). grades (48%, 12/25), 3 (36%, 9/25), 2 (12%, 3/25), unknown the four grade 3a. Sarcomatoid differentiation occurrence found in 32% (8/25) 80% (20/25), respectively. 13 months, 1-year, 2-year, 3-year 51%, 41%, 31%, Abdominal may occur various high including T-stage, appears to be related poor prognosis.
