摘要: Objective. To describe the style and effectiveness (adaptability) of leadership coordinators an autonomous community according to model on ground, analysing its relationship with work environment. Design. Observational crossover study. Setting. All functioning teams in this community. Participants. Medical nursing coordinators. Measurements main results.
