摘要: The effects of the phytotoxin coronatine formed by pathovars Pseudomonas syringae on sensitive cell cultures Lycopersicon peruvianum and esculentum were investigated. studied parameters ethylene release, activity membrane-bound ATPase vitality using TTC test. cells L. responded with an increase, a decrease formation after application different concentrations. These results indicate that effect release is not primary toxin. was affected coronatine. Zusammenfassung Einflus von Coronatin auf die Ethylenbildung und ATPase-Aktivitat Tomatenzellkulturen Der Einflus des Phytotoxins Coronatin, gebildet syringae-Pathovars, coronatinempfindliche peruvianum- esculentum-Zellkulturen wurde untersucht. Als Testparameter wurden Freisetzung Ethylen, Aktivitaten membrangebundener Vitalitat bestimmt. Die Zellen reagierten mit einem Anstieg, Abfall der nach Zugabe verschiedener Toxin-Konzentrationen. Ergebnisse zeigen, das Ethylenproduktion nicht Primarwirkung Toxins ist. Ein direkter Coronatins membrangebundene konnte beobachtet werden.
