摘要: The principal aim of this article is to share lessons learned by the authors while conducting economic evaluations, using clinical trial data, mental health interventions. These are quite general and have clear relevance for pharmacoeconomic studies. In addition, we explore how net benefit regression can be used enhance consideration key issues when an evaluation based on data. first study discuss found that cost-effectiveness results varied markedly choice both patient outcome willingness pay more outcome. importance was also highlighted in from second study. Even with a set willingness-to-pay value, most time probability new treatment cost effective not 100%. third study, effectiveness characteristics. observations important implications Namely, analysts must carefully consider outcome, pay, heterogeneity statistical uncertainty inherent Net useful technique exploring these crucial undertaking patient-level data costs effects.
